Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.
Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.
During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired Budapest by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
